MedMind Technology was founded in 2018 with a mission to empower the silver generation through technology. In 2020, we launched NeuroGym, a gamified cognitive training platform designed to make dementia prevention engaging and accessible.
As the third year participating in the Medical Fair, the event maintains its invaluable nature in connecting with healthcare professionals, such as the Hospital Authority, and generating over 30 quality leads so far, with 60 or more expected by the end of the fair. While direct orders are pending, interest is strong, with verbal commitments suggesting potential deals worth HKD 1,000,000 initially, and the inclusion of the scalability of our products and upcoming modules as a driving force for repeat orders. We project the fair will contribute to at least HKD 2,000,000 of our annual sales as healthcare networks rely on word-of-mouth to spread and propagate.
Listing on hktdc.com Sourcing has attracted global inquiries, including one from Russia, as it filters for highly targeted buyers, ensuring interactions are focused and productive. The system allows clients with specific needs to contact us directly.

Delta Pyramax Engineering Limited
Hong Kong
Delta Pyramax imports the latest medical equipment from various European and American countries, focusing primarily on the rehabilitation sector, and distributes these products in the Hong Kong market.
At this year’s fair, we secured on-site orders worth HKD 30,000 to 40,000 (around USD 3,800 to 5,100). Additionally, we are in discussions with potential buyers about orders valued at approximately HKD 400,000 to 500,000 (USD 51,000 to 63,780), which are currently in the quotation stage. The confirmed on-site orders came from local institutional clients who purchased mental health assessment tools and rehabilitation equipment. These products cater to various groups, including minors, working professionals, and elderly individuals with dementia, helping to improve their mental health.
Our marketing team leveraged HKTDC’s online tools, such as Click2Match and Exhibition+. As one of the exhibitors with the most buyer scans, we utilised Scan2Match to collect and analyse buyer data. In addition to local customers, we discovered buyers from other Asian countries, including Thailand, India, and Malaysia, who had scanned our QR code.
The professionalism of exhibitors and buyers at this year’s fair was impressive, and we look forward to participating in future editions of the Hong Kong International Medical and Healthcare Fair.

Hong Kong
Eieling Technology Limited was established in 2018 and registered at the Hong Kong Science Park. We are a company specialising in the commercialisation of research from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Our flagship product, Liverscan, uses transient elastography, a cutting-edge, non-invasive technology for quantitative liver examinations.
This year, after completing a new round of financing, we are participating with independent booths for the first time. Our past exhibition experiences have brought us continuous exposure and orders. The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) has been an exceptional partner. Our very first order was completed with the support of HKTDC, and last year’s medical exhibition played a pivotal role in finalising our financing.
Today we have already received intention orders worth several million Hong Kong dollars, equivalent to approximately ten devices. The potential orders came from mainland China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Thailand.
I noticed a significant increase in foot traffic at the exhibition compared to previous years. Moreover, the professionalism of the attendees has greatly improved, reducing the need to repeatedly explain the fundamental principles of our products.
Additionally, many government officials and executives from large medical groups have expressed interest in learning about startups like ours. We are very excited about the opportunities this exhibition has brought us and look forward to participating again next year.

My experience at the fair has exceeded my expectations. I’ve come across incredible technologies under development and engaged in meaningful meetings with a diverse range of potential partners, primarily from Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Face-to-face interactions at the fair have also provided a way to address challenges such as the pressures from U.S. tariffs. In business, relationships are key. Building strong bonds through in-person discussions is far more effective than email communication. During the fair, I connected with approximately 15 to 20 new contacts, which will be instrumental in expanding my network.

Our company has a history spanning over 20 years and is headquartered in Germany. We hold a large-scale pharmaceutical wholesale license approved by the German Federal Drug Administration.
Our first time experience has been highly rewarding. Thanks to HKTDC’s excellent organisation, numerous visitor groups were arranged, and we were thrilled to discover that we were one of the most scanned exhibitors yesterday. Currently, our primary clients are based in Mainland China, but we aim to use Hong Kong as a hub to expand into the Southeast Asian market.
Yesterday, we received strong interest from potential clients based in Thailand, Kazakhstan, the Philippines, and Indonesia. I personally exchanged contact information with around 45 prospective buyers. Additionally, we had the pleasure of hosting delegation groups from The University of Hong Kong and The Chinese University of Hong Kong Medical Centre.
If we can secure partnerships for large-scale projects involving biopharmaceuticals, innovative drugs, and vaccines, this exhibition could generate contracts worth hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars
We also took full advantage of the online tools provided by HKTDC, including Scan2Match, Click2Match, and Exhibition+. These platforms were incredibly effective and generated numerous online inquiries. By analysing the buyer data collected through Scan2Match on the first day, we identified buyers from Thailand, Japan, and Hong Kong who left their contact information.
The comprehensive services offered by HKTDC have been exceptional, and we are already looking forward to participating next year with an even larger booth.

Winona International Co., Ltd. is a nine-year-old Thai company focused on innovative solutions to enhance the quality of life for women aged 40 and above with cosmetics, supplements, and medical products for the Southeast Asian region.
The HKTDC Medical Fair has far exceeded our expectations as a first-time exhibitor.
The fair’s reach spans across Asia, with the highest interest coming from Mainland China, Hong Kong and India, respectively, all of which are new markets to us. Many of such visitors were medical professionals, hospitals and agents seeking health products for their clients, which has surpassed our goal of expanding beyond our current market. The quality of leads and connections has been strong, securing 20 contacts, including a potential distributor in India interested in an initial order of 10,000 units, reaching upwards of USD 500,000, 10 times the amount in comparison to our expected benchmark of 1,000 units per order.
Utilising the Exhibition+ and Click2Match platforms remains invaluable for managing the agenda, appointments and connection with buyers, providing ease and comfort as I might forget my schedule otherwise. The Scan2Match feature also allowed at least 10 attendees to instantly connect with us after visiting the booth, a function which I did not know existed beforehand.
Proactive support and platform ability have solidified our confidence in HKTDC events as a gateway to regional growth, a must-attend for businesses looking for new international targets.

Neoneco
Korea
I already allocated USD 100,000 to start off with and ready for immediate purchases on-site for sales in Korea and Japan.
I’ve already identified two promising leads, one from HK and another from Israel, and I am aiming to secure 5 contacts by the end of the fair. Face-to-face interaction allows us to build trust and accelerate decision-making, though the HKTDC platforms like Click2Match remain instrumental in pre-fair outreach. I have already made contact with 10 exhibitors, and 20 have also reached out proactively based on my listed interests.
We’ll definitely return next year as the fair remains one of, if not the only, premier medical sourcing events in Asia.
The fair is a catalyst for growth, with the support from the HKTDC, we’re building a resilient import business in line with evolving market demands.

Kosim Group Inc.
Canada
Our company, Kosim Group, specialises in medical equipment imports to supply Canadian wholesalers, clinics, and hospitals. We aimed to identify new suppliers and expand our network. At least 6 promising leads from the Philippines, Singapore, Mainland China, and Hong Kong have been generated, with our annual sales budget at approximately USD 3,000,000, depending on product relevance and quality.
Face-to-face engagement remains crucial for trust and maintaining business relationships, in addition to hktdc.com Sourcing in facilitating 5 contacts, proving HKTDC channels to be effective in enriching company and product details for initial exposure, then deeper collaboration from direct communication.

Getz Healthcare (Thailand) Group
Thailand
My company, Getz Healthcare Group, focus on the fields of neurology and orthopedics.
This is my first time visiting the Hong Kong International Medical and Healthcare Fair. Prior to the fair, the HKTDC assisted us by using their matching services to pre-screen suppliers, identifying 10 to 20 exhibitors. I conducted background research on these potential suppliers before arriving in Hong Kong.
During the fair, I discovered many innovative technologies still in the development stage, which I found very intriguing. My budget for this fair is at least USD 10,000. I identified two exhibitors, one from Hong Kong and another from Mainland China, as having high potential. Overall, I am highly impressed by this fair and the opportunities it presents.
Asst. Prof. Attapoom Susupaus
Hospital Director
Royal Phnom Penh Hospital / Royal Angkor International Hospital
Cambodia
As the Hospital Director of the Royal Phnom Penh Hospital and Royal Angkor International Hospital, part of the BDMS group in Cambodia, my primary objective was to identify new innovations that align with our hospital’s needs. From the medical fair.
I’ve also noted several Hong Kong or Hungarian companies offering medical supplies—like masks and surgical gowns—at reasonable prices, with contacts exchanged with around 10 companies so far. The order pricing will depend on project-to-project, but we estimate around USD 20,000 per order with repeat orders for successful medical supplies.
The question of US tariffs has impacted Cambodia, and the ability to have face-to-face meetings at the medical fair remains critical for building and maintaining supplier relationships from overseas sources in helping diversify or navigate the challenges posed by said tariffs. Coming to the medical fair in Hong Kong, we could see many innovations from another world, remaining international without the need to go far, far away from Asia.
It is a valuable opportunity to access cutting-edge solutions so close to home.

Republican Centre for Primary Health Care
Kazakhstan
The Republican Centre for Primary Health Care opened in 2023 and marked a significant date in the development of Kazakhstan as an innovative, competent, and educational base for the provision of primary health care.
The fair has showcased progressive trends, particularly in the inclusion of AI and robotics in streamlining doctor appointments, diagnostics or telemedicine platforms, which stood out to be greatly beneficial for remote regions away from urbanised cities.
Around 10 meetings have been scheduled with partner exhibitors from the UK, Hong Kong, and mainland China to open up for collaboration, and I am optimistic about the integration of emerging technologies in Kazakhstan. Our company has allocated an initial budget of USD 50,000 as a starting point for suppliers from the fair, with further plans to discuss options post-event. The Click2Match and Scan2Match platforms have simplified the connection with exhibitors, with the ease of scanning a QR code a booths to curate a list of potential partners directly from my phone, a seamless process in the efficiency of our visit. I have been honoured to participate.
The question of Hong Kong’s role as a global connected hub is undeniable, as the diversity of exhibitors and streamlined nature of the fair far exceeded my expectations. Returning next year to continue building such impactful relationships and exploring even more cutting-edge solutions will be something I am looking forward to.

Case Manager
Herald Christian Health Center
USA
Our company is based in Los Angeles, California, with 5 federal medical clinics providing family care services for primarily Chinese, Asian and Hispanic patients. Our services include primary care visits, behavioural health consultations, counselling, dental care, and pediatric services.
On the first day alone, I have already connected with 8 Hong Kong exhibitors and exchanged business information, with plans to engage with at least 20 more. Furthermore, hktdc.com Sourcing and Click2Match platform allowed us to initiate contact with 4 more contacts online, and Click2Match was particularly useful for pre-fair research and allocation of partners. Based on these leads, I expect around USD 10,000 per order, with orders to each supplier every six months if they prove effective.
The tariffs and US-Asia trade dynamics have most definitely influenced my purchasing decisions, though the medical fair has helped us navigate such challenges by providing real-time market insights for the purposes of fostering direct communication. Face-to-face interactions remain crucial in building trust and making informed economic decisions.

Graha Teknomedika
Indonesia
My company is a medical device manufacturer, established in 1988 in Indonesia.
I connected with six potential suppliers from Mainland China and Hong Kong during the fair. My budget for sourcing is approximately USD 25,000.
This is my second time visiting this fair. Compared to last year, I noticed a greater number of exhibitors and a wider variety of products. Attending the fair in person has provided me with valuable opportunities to establish partnerships, as meeting people face-to-face and physically examining the products are critical for building trust and ensuring quality.
I believe this fair has significant potential to grow larger in scale and attract more exhibitors from additional regions, such as Europe. It is an excellent platform, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.
