The co-founders of "DoctorNow Group" are medical professionals from Hong Kong who have in-depth knowledge of medical field and extensive network with various healthcare professionals and providers. DoctorNow is deeply rooted in Hong Kong, and has strived to promote innovation and reform in medical services. We design specialized services for different community groups. DoctorNow aims to promote Hong Kong’s medical innovation and reform with designated services for different community groups. In order to enhance the overall quality of our healthcare-related services, we utilize latest technology to improve conventional medical model and integrate medical resources more effectively to benefit more people. 老友宅醫 - 上門醫療服務
因應香港長者可在家養老需求，「老友宅醫」把在宅醫療服務從日本和台灣的經驗引入香港，讓醫護人員上門真切了解居家長者需要，一班信念相似的醫療人仕，包括中西醫生、護士、物理治療師、職業治療師、言語治療師、社工及律師等一起推動在宅醫療在香港的發展。當收到客戶的召喚通知後，我們會馬上評估需要，再作出合適的配對服務，包括︰上門診症、上門疫苗注射、傷口及壓瘡護理、中風復健、紓緩治療(癌症/晚期疾病)、上門體檢和在家離世。
DoctorNow Home has been providing in-home healthcare care services to the elderly. In recent years, many elderly patients with chronic illnesses or limited mobility needed to be rotationally taken care by domestic helpers or multiple caregivers. However, they may not have enough experience in elderly care, resulting in a lower quality of care than expected.
Therefore, we hope to establish a user-friendly mobile application for in-home elderly care. This application allows family members to set different caregiving tasks for caregivers (domestic helpers or multiple caregivers), providing clear instructions and hence improving the quality of care. The application also includes telemedicine functionality, allowing elderly individuals to access convenient medical services at any time.
老友宅醫一直為長者提供在宅醫療服務，近年不少長期病患或行動不便的長者都需要交由工人姐姐或多名照顧者輪流照料，但她們未必擁有照顧長者的經驗，令照護質素不似預期。
因此，我們希望透過建立簡單易用的照顧居家長者手機應用程式，讓家屬為照顧者（工人姐姐或多名照顧者）設定不同照護任務，令照顧者有依可循，提升照護水平。程式亦配以視像診症功能，讓居家長者隨時能享有便利的醫療服務
