Q: What include in your unit price? Do they come with lens case?

A: The price include 1 pair (2pcs) of contact lenses, does not include cost of lens cases.

Q: Can I mix colors and series?

A: Of course, when placing an order, please specify the color and quantity。

Q: What about the after-service for the product?

A: If the goods problem is caused by our side, we will be responsible to give feedback in 1-2 working days and return in 1 week.

Q: Can I get free samples?

A: Yes, we are glad to send you free samples, you just need to pay the freight.

Q: Can you make our brand and logo?

A: Yes, OEM is welcomed, we can make your own logo and package with MOQ 500 pairs total, can mix contact lens colors, if you can not use 500 packages, we can keep in our warehouse and you can use for future orders.

Q: Shipping cost and expected delivery time?

A: To ensure faster and smooth delivery, we usually ship orders out by DHL.

we are only responsible for shipping the goods out. Clearance in the destination local customs is the buyer's responsibility. for EU countries, please advise your VAT Number, need company and import license, we do not guaranty success delivery if you do not have a company import license
