They have an office in Hong Kong and a factory of over 100,000 square meters in Huizhou, Guangdong, Mainland China, providing customers with a one-stop service covering design, production, and packaging. Their business is mainly export-oriented, but they also serve clients in Hong Kong and Mainland China, with overseas operations covering Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia, and beyond. Since 2009, the company has actively participated in exhibitions organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), including the Gifts & Premium Fair, the International Medical and Healthcare Fair, the International Printing & Packaging Fair, and the Deluxe PrintPack. In 2023, they became a supplier on the hktdc.com Sourcing platform.
Through its involvement in the HKTDC exhibitions and the hktdc.com Sourcing platform, Marshallom aims to showcase the rich creativity of its products. According to their Hong Kong Regional Manager Johnny Chan, “In addition to graphic design, we have made innovations in the structure or function of the cans, such as mooncake tins that incorporate a lunar-shaped night light, and festive tin cans for the New Year that feature recording functions. Creative design remains a key focus for the products we showcase on the hktdc.com Sourcing platform.” Johnny also highlighted the importance of displaying certifications, including ISO certificates, FDA registration, BRC certification, and multinational group product authorisation qualifications. “By collaborating with well-known clients, we help potential customers better understand our products and service standards.”
“The company receives enquiries from buyers in many countries via the platform, including France, Germany, Italy, the United States, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, and others” Johnny noted. “In recent years, we have actively optimised our webpage on the platform, enriching product information to attract more potential partners. During the exhibition, we will upload additional product photos to enhance our appeal.”
Additionally, Johnny mentioned the benefits of the Scan2Match service: “This service has proven beneficial for us. After visiting our booth, clients from Hong Kong and Italy scanned the QR code to keep in touch for future communications.”
Shenyang Morning Banner Display Co., Ltd, established in 1997, has evolved from an exhibition equipment factory into an integrated industry and trade company. They mainly produce portable exhibition equipment made of aluminium alloy, characterised by being lightweight, easy to fold and store, and offering custom logo services. Currently, the company is developing inflatable frameless exhibition equipment suitable for outdoor camping, primarily targeting European and American clients. The company has been participating in the Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair since 2019.
Shenyang Morning has participated in the HKTDC's International Printing & Packaging Fair four times. Manager Jacky Su holds the exhibition in high regard. “We feel that the exhibition is continually improving, and the buyer base of the Printing & Packaging Fair is highly targeted,” he remarked. Jacky particularly praised the hktdc.com Sourcing platform's Customer Relationship Team: “The service provided by the HKTDC colleagues is very professional and patient. They called three times to remind me to update the information on the online platform and guided me patiently with any questions I had. As a result, before the exhibition commenced, we had uploaded our latest product information, added detailed description, optimised product photos, and refined our keywords. Within a short time, we received enquiries from buyers in Vietnam, Australia, and the United States.”
With the support of the team, Shenyang Morning also uploaded CE certification information along with reports on environmental protection and flame retardancy. Jacky believes that providing comprehensive product certification information significantly enhances the platform’s promotional effectiveness.
Sustainable development and eco-friendly materials are major trends in our industry. Our company is committed to aligning with these priorities offering products such as paper packaging, labels, receipt paper, and non-woven bags. The primary goal for this exhibition is market expansion. We are currently focusing on expanding into the European and Middle Eastern markets. We aim to secure USD$200,000 in orders during this exhibition and expect to collect 40 to 50 business cards to drive precise customer acquisition and expansion.
Our company use advanced automated equipment to produce high-quality paper bags. The main goal of attending the fair is to meet more potential clients. On the first day of the fair, we’ve connected with over 10 buyers mainly from Thailand, Russia, and Saudi Arabia. One promising lead from a large retailer plans to send inquiries afterward. The U.S. tariff situation accelerates our need for European or Australian clients. Hong Kong’s international buyer mix helps mitigate single-market risks. This is also one of the reasons why we are participating the fair. Additionally, the Click2Match platform establish connections and serves as a matching and communication medium, allowing us to engage directly with buyers without waiting for the exhibition to conclude, thereby improving efficiency and results.
We specialise in sustainable packaging products such as garment bags, boxes, and paper bags. All our products use eco-friendly materials to align with market demands, which is key in driving our production, with our goal to expand the customer base globally. This is my first time participating the fair and here offers us an opportunity to promote our products. We aim to connect with 10 to 20 new buyers, and we expect at least USD 10,000 in sales.
Our company specialises in development of innovative materials, with our flagship product being a water-soluble non-woven fabric that dissolves in 90°C hot water without leaving harmful residues. Based on this material, we produce eco-friendly solutions such as sustainable bags, garment packaging, and other green packaging products. The demand for sustainable or eco-friendly packaging is, without a doubt, a growing market trend. Companies are increasingly open to adopting new materials and innovative packaging solutions. This is our first time attending the fair. We aim to connect with at least 100 potential contacts daily and expect to generate USD 100,000 in business from the fair. We anticipate attracting overseas buyers from Southeast Asian countries, European markets, and beyond.
This year marks our 10th participation in the Hong Kong International Printing and Packaging Fair. Our primary goal is to expand our customer base. We target markets mainly in Europe and the United States, with additional buyers from Japan and South Korea. During the first two days of the fair, we exchanged approximately 50 business cards. This fair has been highly effective in helping potential buyers better understand our products. The foot traffic has been strong, delivering excellent promotional results.
We specialise in manufacturing tin cans, cotton boxes, gift boxes, and handbags. Due to high U.S. tariffs on Chinese goods, we aim to expand our client base through this fair, focusing on customers who can source products from our Cambodia factory for the American market. We’ve obtained contact information from four potential foreign clients one from France and three from the United States and will discuss further cooperation with them after the fair.
I am looking for food containers, boxes, paper cups, and similar packaging materials. Our goal is to transition from our current European suppliers to suppliers in mainland China with a budget of approximately USD 2 million. This is my first time visiting the fair, and it is an excellent platform to connect with suppliers from Asia and Mainland China. The Scan2Match has been very helpful, allowing me to scan contacts and add suppliers to my favourites, making the process much more convenient.
The fair featured a wide range of sustainable products, including luxury options such as skincare and perfume packaging, as well as ribbons, alongside practical everyday solutions like food and beverage packaging. I placed an order worth US$80,000 with one supplier and am optimistic about future collaborations. Additionally, I made an initial order of US$40,000 with another supplier for heat-expandable cups, which has the potential to grow significantly, possibly reaching US$1 million.
Based in London, my company is a demi-fine jewellery brand in the affordable luxury sector worldwide. This is my first time visiting the fair, we are here to explore suppliers for packaging inspiration as we refine products and expand our portfolio. On the first day, I conducted 7 appointments and identified over 30 leads from the suppliers of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Follow-ups will focus on samples, pricing, and lead times, as we currently spend 1,000–2,000 USD monthly on packaging, with the fair entirely pushing up sourcing to 20,000 USD annually.
The Click2Match platform has been very helpful. By adding exhibitor info and product images, it saves time in preselecting prospect suppliers.
Our company specialises in industrial packaging solutions for diverse industries, including liquids, food, and now expanding into cosmetics and fragrances. Our goal at this fair is to source new suppliers for high-value packaging, especially premium products such as spirits and cosmetics. The fair has provided more opportunities, and we have selected several interesting suppliers from HK, Shenzhen, Taiwan. We have already gotten 8 suppliers, aiming and targeting to get 20-25 new connections. Sustainability is a major concern for us, and we’re actively exploring new ideas here.
We’re a Taiwanese premium tea brand specialising in gift sets with teas. Having operated for 9 years, we’re now transitioning to ESG-compliant packaging, which brings us to this exhibition. We’ve identified two promising eco-packaging suppliers from Dongguan and Hong Kong. The budget for each deal should be around 10,000 to 13,000 USD. Initially, we focused solely on cornstarch-based materials, but the exhibition provided a far broader range of eco-friendly packaging solutions than expected, including bamboo and sugarcane-based paper materials, demonstrating greater diversity in sustainable options.
We’re a 31-year-old packaging solutions provider from Hungary, serving the automotive and electronics industries with technical foams, corrugated paper, and heat-reflective films. In this fair, I've met 7 potential suppliers, including one with a broad portfolio suitable for full container basis. I initially asked for prices, followed by a trial order, and then a full container order. I anticipate spending around 200,000USD worth of these materials annually, and there’s potential for much larger purchases.
We are an Istanbul-based advertising and promotional products company specialising in printing services. Our goal is to source innovative packaging solutions, specialty boxes, and printing materials. At the fair, I’ve connected with 10 potential suppliers and established initial contact for partnerships. I am finalising a potential a 50,000 USD order with one supplier.
The Scan2Match platform is very useful, the ability to scan and save company details with photos helps me efficiently manage contacts after the fair.
My company specialises in flexible packaging and corrugated boxes. I aimed to explore new material sources for our products and expand my knowledge of printing to stay updated with the latest industry trends.
Our budget for this fair is approximately USD $100,000. I have exchanged contact information with about 20 potential suppliers. I also observed a growing trend in degradable materials in the fair, which is relatively new to me as such materials are not yet common in my country. This insight is invaluable as we consider aligning with global sustainability trends.
My main objective of the fair is to find new industry and market trends, new technologies, and potential suppliers.
The fair showcases a variety of luxury or high-end packaging designs for cosmetics and skincare, perfume, and food-item products. I’ve already identified a few suppliers for specific projects, including cake box packaging and ribbon jobs. The annual orders are expected to total around USD 250,000, and we will be doing a USD 10,000 quotation immediately after the fair with 2 potential suppliers. The Click2Match platform is useful for scheduling meetings and streamlining planning.
