We have met promising contacts from the Chinese Mainland, India, Lebanon, the Philippines, and other emerging markets, securing 10 solid contacts from the first few hours alone, aiming to reach at least 30 quality leads by the end of the fair. These contacts have shown real buying interest, with potential orders ranging from 100 to 2,000 pieces, upwards of US$11,000. Our "Green Solution" tag at the booth has proven highly effective, attracting a similar-minded customer base that prioritises environmental responsibility and helping us stand out clearly from competitors.

So far, we have generated 10 promising leads, with a goal of reaching 50 by the end of the show. Many of these leads are from new countries and regions, including Poland, Hong Kong, Macao, and Thailand, with most matched through Click2Match at ease. In the long run, the contacts are expected to contribute to at least 5% annual growth, equivalent to around US$100,000 in additional business.

This year, I noticed strong potential in electronic stationery, especially the electronic drawing boards which are not yet common in Thailand from a Chinese Mainland company. With the exciting market potential, I expect possible future orders valued around US$10,000.

SOWINS imports creative crafts and DIY products to Poland. As our first time attending the Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair, we are very pleased with the results. The Click2Match platform has been functional at successfully matching us with relevant exhibitors. Scan2Match has also proven very useful in jotting down exhibitors that caught our interest, making it easy to follow up later. With 8 solid contacts so far, we plan to place initial orders with three suppliers on DIY, dough, clay, art craft and colour pen products, with a total value of US$60,000. The fair has provided an excellent opportunity to source high-quality, innovative products for our market back in Poland.
