We are a social enterprise, with over half of our employees being individuals with special needs. We sell eco-friendly products handmade by them. Our participation in this exhibition is mainly driven by the foot traffic at HKTDC fairs, which brings together both corporate decision makers for potential partnerships and a large number of public visitors to enhance our brand awareness, while also providing external engagement opportunities for our employees.
On the first day of the fair, we have already achieved our goals. Around 20 visitors came to our booth, giving our employees the opportunity to interact with the public. Many parents also brought their children to visit, creating more chances for our future fee-based community activities. We also successfully established initial connections with 3 to 4 corporate representatives, including potential partners interested in our handmade paper. In the past, we collaborated with a Michelin starred restaurant, with a monthly order value of approximately$50,000 HKD. This type of B2B partnership is exactly what we hope to further develop through this exhibition.
In terms of sales, we sold about four products on the first day, generating revenue of several hundred Hong Kong dollars. We expect to connect with two to three corporate decision-makers in the coming days to explore further cooperation opportunities.
We are very satisfied with the overall arrangement of this year's fair. Through the exhibition, we have successfully demonstrated to the public and businesses the potential of creating handicrafts from recycled materials, and have also gained media attention. We look forward to returning next year to further promote eco-friendly handicrafts and social inclusion.
Sleep Health Association is participating in the Beauty and Wellness Expo for the first time, setting up the Go Sleep Experience pavilion to raise public awareness about sleep health. As Asia’s first large-scale immersive rest event, over 200 participants through a curated 5-senses sleep experience designed to spotlight chronic sleep deprivation and promote holistic sleep health. As a pioneering initiative in Asia and Southeast Asia, our immersive interactive features generated great excitement among visitors and exhibitors alike.
The expo provided an exceptional platform to build valuable business connections. We successfully held fruitful B2B and B2C exchanges with various exhibitors and identified more than 20 potential partners for future cross-border collaborations and events. The event attracted a highly diverse, international crowd, giving us direct engagement with buyers and consumers from Chinese Mainland, Western Europe, and the Middle East.
HKTDC supported us seamlessly throughout the entire journey, from pre-fair arrangements like Click2Match to business matching sessions. The interactive Go Sleep Experience pavilion effectively drove foot traffic, encouraging visitors to explore and purchase innovative sleep solutions from participating exhibitors, creating a true win-win situation for organizers, exhibitors, and consumers.
We expect more visitors over the weekend, with a target of around 60–70 orders and total sales of approximately HK$600,000–700,000 for the fair. While sales have been relatively modest so far, we are looking forward to stronger footfall and sales over the weekend.
The fair has given us a valuable opportunity to showcase our products directly to Hong Kong consumers and generate retail sales on site. Overall, we remain positive about the experience and expect to continue participating in HKTDC exhibitions in the future.
We have participated in the fair before, and this year’s overall atmosphere and sales performance have been broadly in line with our previous experience. During the first two days, we recorded around 30–40 orders per day, generating approximately HK$30,000–40,000 in daily sales. Based on the current performance, we expect total sales for the fair to reach HK$200,000 or above.
Our customers are mainly Hong Kong consumers, with a broad age range of around 30 to 60. This also shows that the fair is able to attract consumers from different age groups. Overall, both the visitor flow and sales performance this year have been similar to previous years. We are satisfied with the experience and expect to continue participating in similar exhibitions in the future.
Sales at this year’s fair have exceeded our expectations. On the first day alone, we recorded sales of more than HK$60,000, clearly surpassing the approximately HK$40,000–50,000 recorded on the same day last year. Even on weekdays, we are currently receiving more than 200 orders per day. We expect visitor numbers to increase by a further 10–20% over the weekend, with daily orders potentially exceeding 300. We are confident of achieving our sales target of around HK$400,000 for the fair.
Our stronger sales performance this year is partly due to our competitive pricing and more targeted sales strategy. We have also introduced more premium gift sets this year, with four to five different designs available, giving customers more choices. The Food Expo taking place alongside the fair has also helped drive overall footfall, with many visitors and tourists stopping by our exhibition after visiting the food fair, allowing us to reach more potential customers.
The fair attracts mainly Hong Kong consumers, while also drawing visitors from Chinese Mainland and overseas. Some returning customers also make a point of visiting our booth to shop, reflecting the customer base we have built through years of participation.
Overall, we are pleased with this year’s response and the clear improvement in sales compared with last year. We are confident about achieving our sales target for the fair and look forward to continuing to participate in HKTDC exhibitions in the future.
Our sales performance at this year’s fair has been broadly in line with expectations. In the first two days, we generated around HK$130,000–140,000 in sales, with around six to seven orders per day. Some individual purchases were worth as much as HK$16,000–17,000. We expect sales to pick up as visitor numbers increase on Friday evening and over the weekend, with a target of around HK$1 million in total sales for the fair.
We have also launched new products this year, mainly targeting middle-income households and consumers who drink coffee regularly. The Food Expo held alongside the fair has also attracted significant visitor traffic. While some visitors have focused on the food exhibition, this has not had a major impact on our sales so far. We look forward to stronger visitor numbers over the weekend and further growth in sales.
We are a Korean kitchenware brand specialising in rice cookers and related cooking products. This is our fourth time participating in Hong Kong Food Expo. Last year's exhibition received an enthusiastic response and generated very impressive sales results, which is why we chose to return this year. We aim to leverage this platform to further expand into the Hong Kong market and reach international customers.
The HKTDC fair has successfully helped us achieve our goals of market expansion and brand exposure. Over the first two days of this year's fair, we have successfully connected with a large number of consumers. Yesterday, around 60 to 70 visitors came to our booth. We estimate that approximately 10% to 20% of them will make a purchase, with single-day sales projected at approximately $15,000 HKD to $35,000 HKD. With the peak days still ahead, we are very optimistic about the overall sales performance.
The HKTDC fair is particularly valuable for brands like ours that already have a certain level of recognition in overseas markets. Many Koreans living in Hong Kong, as well as consumers familiar with Asian cooking culture, made special trips to visit our booth, further strengthening our brand awareness in the local market. In addition, the fair attracts visitors from around the world, like Germany, offering us the opportunity to connect with international consumers.
We are very satisfied with the overall arrangement of this year's fair. We believe the HKTDC fair is an important platform for brands looking to expand into the Hong Kong market. We expect to achieve total sales of around HK$800,000 by the end of the fair. We are very optimistic about our business growth this year, with overall sales expected to significantly exceed 10% growth compared to last year. We will definitely return next year and are confident in the continued business growth that the fair brings.
This year, we are offering an exclusive 90% off promotion on memory foam pillows at HK$59. To mark HKTDC’s 60th anniversary, we have also introduced a special anniversary product priced at just HK$6. The promotion attracted strong interest from the very first morning, with many visitors queuing up to enquire about and purchase the products.
This is our first time participating in this exhibition, and both the atmosphere and visitor traffic have exceeded our expectations. The Food Expo held concurrently has attracted a large number of local visitors and tourists, resulting in higher footfall than at the furniture fair we joined in June. Visitors have also shown strong purchase interest and spending power. We are selling more than 200 pillows per day on average, with demand almost exceeding our available supply and requiring us to replenish our stock continuously.
The fair has not only driven sales but also significantly increased our brand exposure, giving more Hong Kong consumers the opportunity to discover and experience our smart mattresses in person. Many visitors decided to make a purchase immediately after trying the products, making the on-site conversion far more impressive than we had expected. This has also given us greater confidence in the acceptance of our products in the Hong Kong market.
Overall, our experience at the fair has been very positive and has given us greater confidence in the potential to expand our brand beyond Hong Kong. We are confident about expanding into Chinese Mainland and overseas markets, and are currently planning to enter markets such as Singapore. We will definitely continue participating in HKTDC exhibitions and hope to register earlier in the future to further strengthen our brand exposure and sales performance.
We only started expanding our core market from the US and Europe to Hong Kong three months ago, so the response we have received at the fair over just a few days has far exceeded our expectations. We have seen a significant increase in website traffic and social media engagement, and have already secured several sales from Hong Kong customers.
Beyond reaching individual consumers, the fair has also opened up a number of B2B opportunities for us. We have connected with several Hong Kong-based businesses, including online retailers, as well as therapists supporting clients with mental health, pain recovery and chronic health conditions. We have also had initial discussions with a company from Singapore about potential collaboration. For us, the fair has been much more than a platform to reach consumers, it has also allowed us to connect with professionals, businesses and potential partners from different sectors.
As an international city, Hong Kong is an important starting point for our expansion into Asia. Through this fair, we have been able to connect with potential customers and business partners from both Hong Kong and overseas, giving us a strong foundation for further regional expansion. Building on the connections we have made at the fair, we hope to expand our business into markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
Overall, we are extremely pleased with the results of our participation. Our sleep consultation sessions have been fully booked through to Sunday evening, showing the strong interest among visitors in finding solutions to improve their sleep and overall wellbeing. We expect our participation in the fair could contribute around 2% to 5% growth in our overall revenue. The experience has also given us greater confidence in the potential of the Hong Kong and wider Asian markets. We look forward to participating in more HKTDC fairs in the future, reaching more consumers and B2B partners and further expanding our presence across Asia.
The atmosphere and visitor turnout at this year’s fair have been very positive. We are offering a HK$2,000 treatment discount as one of our key promotions, giving more consumers the opportunity to learn about Invisalign. We are seeing around 20 to 30 enquiries at our booth each day, with the response broadly in line with our expectations. Visitors have also come from a very wide age range, from as young as six to those in their 70s, showing that people of different generations are interested in dental health and orthodontic solutions.
Beyond engaging directly with consumers, the fair has also given us valuable additional brand exposure. Although Invisalign is already a well-known brand, participating in the fair allows us to reach people from different backgrounds and age groups, further strengthening our visibility and brand awareness in the local market.
Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience at the fair. The visitor turnout and consumer response have met our expectations, while the event has also helped us achieve our goals of increasing brand exposure and reaching potential customers. We would definitely consider participating in similar HKTDC fairs in the future and look forward to engaging with even more consumers in Hong Kong.
This year, we specially brought in a low-profile mattress made in Australia, designed with the needs of older consumers in mind and well suited to the growing demand for home products for the silver generation. The expo attracted a good number of middle-aged and older visitors, with those aged 40 and above making up a significant proportion of the crowd. This gave us a valuable opportunity to connect directly with our target customers. Many visitors also tried the mattresses at our booth, and the response and engagement were very encouraging.
The strong visitor turnout also translated into real business opportunities for us. With the Food Expo taking place at the same time, many visitors stopped by the home living section after visiting the food exhibition, bringing additional footfall to our booth. We were able to meet a steady stream of customers with genuine purchase interest, with more than 20 orders recorded each day. Overall, the sales performance has been encouraging.
For us, the expo is more than just a platform to showcase our products. It allows us to meet consumers face to face, better understand their needs and turn interested visitors into actual customers. We are very pleased with the visitor turnout and atmosphere this year, and the experience has given us greater confidence in the demand for home and sleep products in the Hong Kong market.
