• Artefact production will commence only after we receive the 50% deposit.
• Payment details will be shared via email for pre-order.
• Please note your order name and phone number in the payment reference.
• Please email us the transaction receipt for final confirmation.
• Development takes at least 8 weeks.
• As patterns are hand-applied, the finish on your item may vary slightly from the exhibition display.
• You will be notified via mobile and email when your artefact is ready for pickup.
• The balance must be settled before collection.
• Completed artefacts must be collected within 90 days of receiving the pickup confirmation email.
