Miss Sabrina Chao became as Chairman of the Wah Kwong Maritime Transport Holdings Limited in January 2013.

Miss Chao graduated from the Imperial College of University of London in 1996 with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and management. She began her career in finance working for Jardine Fleming and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In 2001, she joined the shipping industry through enrolling in the Galbraith’s Shipping course in London and subsequently gained experience in various shipping sectors from working with Tanker International, Britannia P&I Club, Bureau Veritas before joining the family business in 2002.

Miss Chao currently is the Chairman of the executive committee of the Hong Kong Shipowners Association. She is also a trustee of the Hong Kong Maritime Museum. She is a director of the Britannia Steamship Insurance Association Limited, the member of HKTDC – Logistics Advisory Committee and the member of Hong Kong Maritime and Port Board. She serves on the Hong Kong Board of the Charterhouse School. Sabrina is a member of Jiangsu CPPCC and a member of YPO Hong Kong.

Jack represents the fourth generation of a family shipping business legacy dating back to Charles Eddie Hsu, who founded Eddie Steamship in Shanghai nearly a century ago. His late grandfather, V. K. Eddie Hsu founded Oak Steamship Company Limited in Hong Kong in 1961. In 1992, Jack's father, Steve established Oak Maritime (Hong Kong) Inc. Limited, which has become the corporate headquarters of the Oak Maritime Group ('the Group'). The Group manages a diversified portfolio of assets, including its core business of shipping, consisting of 20 bulkers and tankers with an aggregate tonnage in excess of 3.5 million deadweight tonnes, and an average age of about 7.6 years. Jack is currently Managing Director of Oak Maritime (Hong Kong) Inc. Limited, President of Sincere Navigation Corporation (which is the Hsufamily controlled stock-listed company in Taiwan), and CEO of OSS Capital (which is the Family Office). Jack is also Chairman of Hong Kong Shipowners Association, and has been a member of the Members' Representative Committee of Britannia Steam Ship Insurance Association Limited since 2003. He also served as Chairman to International Ship-Owners Alliance of Canada (ISAC) from 2005 to 2007.

Ip Sing-Chi, Eric is the Group Managing Director of Hutchison Port Holdings Limited (HPH) and Executive Director of Hutchison Port Holdings Management Pte Limited, the Trustee-Manager of HPH Trust.

Paul Loo is the Chief Customer and Commercial Officer of Cathay Pacific, responsible for all customer and commercial related activities of both Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon. He also oversees international affairs and has overall responsibility for ensuring that information technology can be a key pillar for the airlines’ sustained growth and long-term success.

From August 2015 to May 2017, Mr Loo was the Director Corporate Development & IT, responsible for the development of the Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon networks and helping to plan the long-term strategic direction of both airlines.

Prior to taking up a director role, Mr Loo worked as General Manager China from July 2014. Based in Beijing, he was responsible for overseeing the business and operations of both Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon in Mainland China.

Mr Loo joined Cathay Pacific in 1991 and has held a number of overseas assignments with the airline in Taiwan, Mainland China, the Philippines, the Middle East and Japan. He has also held a number of managerial positions in Head Office, including General Manager HKIA, responsible for overseeing Cathay Pacific’s ground operations at Hong Kong International Airport, and General Manager Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes (CPLP), running the subsidiary of Cathay Pacific that at the time managed The Marco Polo Club and Asia Miles loyalty programmes.

Mr Loo studied in Canada and holds an Engineering Science degree from the University of Toronto. He also has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.

Mr Loo is also Chairman of the Board of Airline Representatives Hong Kong, and a Member of the Hong Kong Logistics Development Council.

Miguel A Lopera is President and Chief Executive Officer of GS1. He joined GS1 as CEO in April 2003.

Miguel has a wealth of CEO, Board, division management, marketing and IT experience gained in every aspect of the Consumer Goods business having spent 24 years with Procter and Gamble and over 14 years in GS1.

Joining P&G as an IT analyst in 1979, he became IT Director of P&G Spain and later IT Director of P&G Northern Europe (UK, Ireland and Scandinavia). In 1992, he changed career to Marketing. During the following years, he held various Marketing positions such as Marketing Director of Laundry Detergents-Europe, Marketing Director of Fabric & Home care in Spain and later was responsible for the Fabric & Home Care and Food & Beverages Divisions of P&G Spain & Portugal.

Miguel joined EAN International in April 2003 as CEO and, in addition, he was appointed CEO of UCC (currently GS1 US). He founded EPCglobal Inc. in 2003 and GDSN Inc. in 2004. In 2005, he merged EAN International and UCC into GS1 as President and CEO.

Miguel is a strong believer of Collaborative Commerce between trading partners. Back in 1984, he created a Collaboration Programme between key Spanish retailers and manufacturers based on multifunctional teams, that was a complete innovation at that time.

Miguel holds an Engineering MsC Degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and an MBA from the “Instituto de Empresa” of Madrid.

Miguel has ample experience in Boards. He is Board member of GS1 Global and GS1 US. He is a guest of the Consumer Goods Forum Board, GS1 Data Excellence Board and GS1 Innovation Board.

Koichi Muto is Representative Director, Chairman of the Board, and Chairman Executive officer of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd, responsible for supervising the management of the company to ensure sustainable growth and maximize long-term MOL Group corporate value.

Before assuming his current role in June 2015, he had served as the President of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd since June 2010. As president, he promoted the medium-term management plan “GEAR UP! MOL”, which challenged the company to create new growth. In the first year of the plan, he achieved the plan's initial goals of recovering from the economic crisis and accelerating business development in growing markets. He also took a series of actions to make the MOL Group an excellent and resilient organization that leads the world shipping industry, enhancing safe operation and promoting an environmental strategy in the process.

He was appointed a Member of the Board in June 2007. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of the Corporate Planning Division from January 2003.

Mr Muto joined Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd in April 1976, and became the Manager of the General Affairs Department of Mitsui O.S.K. Passenger Line in April 1988. He served as the manager of the Bulk Carrier Department in June 1991 before becoming Managing Director of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (Deutschland) GmbH in June 1994. He continued to serve in the Bulk carrier division until 2002.

He has served as an outside director for Seibu Oil Company Limited since June 2015, Chair of the Committee on Transportation of KEIDANREN (Japan Business Federation) since June 2015, and Trustee of Japan Association of Corporate Executives since April 2011.

Previously he served as Vice President of the Japanese Ship Owners’ Association from June 2010 to June 2011.

A native of Nagoya, he graduated from Nagoya University in 1976. He has a wife and two daughters.

Mr Joseph C Phi is an Executive Director of Li & Fung and the President of LF Logistics. Prior to joining Li & Fung, he was an Executive Director and the President of the IDS Group. IDS merged with sister company Li & Fung Ltd in 2010.

Mr Phi is the Chairman of GS1 Hong Kong, an industry-led organization promoting global standards and best practices, and is a Director of GS1 Global Management Board. He is a member of Supply Chain 50, an association of the top supply chain professionals in the world, and is also an Honorary Advisor to the Asian Logistics and Maritime Conference (ALMC). In 2015, he was appointed as a Board Member of Macy’s China Limited. In 2016, he was appointed as a member of the HK Trade Development Council’s Logistics Services Advisory Committee. In 2017, he joined Eye Fund, a charitable institution in Hong Kong, as an Advisory Committee member.

Mr Phi is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Pi Gamma Mu international honor societies. He received Distinguished Alumnus Award from University of the Philippines College of Business Administration in 2011, plus Industrial Engineering Alumni Award and Alumni Engineers Global Achievement Award from University of the Philippines College of Engineering in 2013.

Mr Phi currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business and Management at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

John Slosar is Chairman of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited. He was appointed to this current position on 14 March 2014.

Previously, he was also Chairman of John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited, Swire Pacific Limited, Swire Properties Limited, Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited, Swire Beverages Limited and Swire Pacific Offshore Holdings Limited.

Mr Slosar joined the Swire Group in 1980. He has held various management positions in the group’s operations in Hong Kong, the United States and Thailand. He was appointed Managing Director of Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited in 1996, Managing Director of Swire Beverages in July 1998 and Chief Operating Officer of Cathay Pacific in July 2007. He became the Chief Executive of Cathay Pacific on 31st March 2011.

Mr Slosar is a Non-Executive Director of Air China Limited and an Independent Non-Executive Director of PureCircle Limited. He is also involved in a number of trade and professional bodies. He is a Vice-President of The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong. He is a member of the Chief Executive’s Council of Advisers on Innovation and Strategic Development, a member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council as well as its Belt and Road Committee, and a council member of the Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong.

Mr Slosar is Chairman of the Hong Kong Section of the Hong Kong-United States Business Council, a Vice Chairman and General Committee Member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, and a co-opted member of the General Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce.

Mr Slosar is active in community activities, being the Chairman of the Voting Members Committee of the Riding for the Disabled Association, as well as a voting member of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Society Limited. He is also a Council Member of the Légion d’Honneur Hong Kong Chapter Association.

Mr Slosar is involved in education both locally and overseas. He is a member of the Council of Lingnan University, as well as a member of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Advisory Council.

Mr Slosar was bestowed with the distinction of Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur by the French government in January 2015.

Mr Jack So Chak Kwong assumed the Chairmanship of the Airport Authority Hong Kong on 1st June, 2015.

Mr So began his career with the Hong Kong Government and joined the private sector in 1978, having held various senior positions in stockbroking, banking and property development. He served as Executive Director of the HKTDC from 1985 to 1992 and its Chairman from 2007 to 2015. He was Chairman and Chief Executive of the MTR Corporation from 1995 to 2003 and Deputy Chairman and Group Managing Director of PCCW from 2003 to 2007.

Mr So is an independent non-executive Director of AIA Group Ltd and China Resources Power Holdings Company Ltd. He is also a senior advisor to Credit Suisse, Greater China. He was an independent Director of HSBC from 2000 to 2007 and Cathay Pacific Airways Limited from 2002 to 2015.

In October 2013, Mr So was appointed Chairman of the Committee on Economic Co-operation with the Mainland. In January of the same year, he was appointed a non-official member of the Economic Development Commission, and Convenor of its Working Group on Convention and Exhibition Industries and Tourism.

Mr So is the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Society. He is also the Chairman of Harrow International School Hong Kong. He served as Chairman of the Hong Kong Film Development Council from April 2007 to March 2013.

Mr So has been a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference since 2008 and was an International Business Advisor to the Mayor of Beijing. He has been appointed Honorary Consultant to the Mayor of San Francisco in May 2013.

A Justice of the Peace, Mr So was awarded the Golden Bauhinia Star by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2011. In the same year, he received an Honorary Doctorate in Social Science from the University of Hong Kong.

James E Thompson, is the Chairman and Founder of the Crown Worldwide Group of Companies. Crown Worldwide is a logistics company performing various types of warehousing and transportation services throughout the world. The Crown Group is the largest privately owned company in the field of international removals and warehousing with over 265 worldwide locations in almost 60 countries around the world. Crown is also a leader in the field of document management with 32 million cartons of business documents managed from its worldwide facilities.

Mr Thompson graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering. He came to Asia shortly after completion of his university studies and has lived in Japan and Hong Kong ever since. He is a member of the International Advisory Board of the San Jose State University Business School.

Mr Thompson is currently the Chairman of The Hong Kong Management Association and a member of the Invest HK Investment Promotion Ambassador Scheme. He also serves as a member of HKTDC HK-Europe Business Cooperation Committee. He served as a non-executive Director of the Board of the Wharf (Holdings) Ltd, a Board Member of Ocean Park Corporation, the Chairman of HKTDC Logistics Services Advisory Committee from 2004 to 2008, a Council member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council from 2002 to 2004, a member of the Hong Kong Trade and Industry Advisory Board, a member of the ICAC Advisory Committee on Corruption and a member of HK-US Business Council and a member of HK-Japan Business Cooperation Committee. He also served two terms as the Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong for 2002 and 2003.

He is also a member of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Business School Advisory Council and a member of the City of University of Hong Kong College International Advisory Board.

Mr Thompson serves as Chairman or as a Board member of numerous charitable organizations. His particular interests are charities related to children, cancer, education and art. He is the Chairman of the Asian Youth Orchestra, The Honorary President of the Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care, and is on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army.

He and his wife, Sally have been building schools and libraries for the children of Cambodia for the past few years.

Mr Thompson was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star, Hong Kong’s second highest award, by the Hong Kong Government in 2003. He received the Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2015 and DHL/SCMP Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014.

Mr Thompson is a permanent resident of Hong Kong having lived there for 40 years. He has two children - Jennifer and Jimmy.

George Yeo joined Kerry Group on 1 Jan 2012. He became Chairman of Kerry Logistics Network on 1 Aug 2012 and a Director of Kerry Holdings on 1 July 2016.

From September 1988 to May 2011, he served 23 years in Government, and was Minister for Information and the Arts, Health, Trade & Industry, and Foreign Affairs.

Mr Yeo studied Engineering at Cambridge University on a President’s Scholarship, graduating with a Double First in 1976, and became a Signals Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces. After graduating from the Singapore Command and Staff College in 1979, he was posted to the Republic of Singapore Air Force. He graduated with an MBA (Baker Scholar) from the Harvard Business School in 1985. He was appointed Chief-of-Staff of the Air Staff (1985-1986) and Director of Joint Operations and Planning in the Defence Ministry (1985-1988), attaining the rank of Brigadier-General.

Mr Yeo is a member of the Board of Trustees of Berggruen Institute on Governance, Harvard Business School Board of Dean’s Advisors, International Advisory Panel of Peking University, International Advisory Board of IESE Business School, International Advisory Council of China's Eco Forum Global Guiyang, International Advisory Board of Japan's National Graduate School for International Policy Studies (GRIPS), International Advisory Committee of Mitsubishi Corporation and the Board of Governors of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation. Mr Yeo is an Independent Non-Executive Director of AIA Group, a public company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He is also an independent board member of the New Yangon Development Corporation. He is a strategic non-business advisor to Sea Ltd and senior advisor to Brunswick for its geopolitical initiative. He was Chairman of the Singapore Summit from 2011 to 2016.

Mr Yeo served as a Member of the Pontifical Commission for Reference on the Economic-Administrative Structure of the Holy See from 2013-2014. From February 2014, he became a Member of the Vatican Council for the Economy.

Mr Yeo is Patron of LASALLE College of the Arts and the Eurasian Association, and Advisor to the Sun Yat-Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall. He is a Visiting Scholar at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and the Founding Patron of its Asia Competitiveness Institute.
