Join the event

1.

The participation fee (for ONE company delegate only) includes:

i) Delegate's flight arrangement (group travel) and local travel arrangement according to the official programme

ii) One standard single room accommodation at a designated hotel for three nights;

iii) Participation in group networking functions listed on the official programme of the event/mission;

iv) A kiosk at the mini-exhibition area for meeting with local enterprise representatives;

v) Featuring participant's company information in the mini-exhibition area and event's promotional materials/channels.

2.

Date & flight schedule of group ticket are fixed. If the company delegate(s) cannot join the group travel, they need to arrange their own travel. No partial refund on the participation fee will be allowed in this case.

If a company wishes to send additional delegate(s) to take part in the mission, the company shall bear the resulting extra costs, including transportation and hotel accommodation. Relative expenses will be announced separately.

4.

Participating company shall also arrange and bear any cost arising from the shipping and transportation of exhibits and/or promotional materials, customs duties, insurance, interpretation, etc, as these are not included in the participation fee.

The Organiser reserves the right to decline any application should the applicants be considered not eligible to participate in the event
