To support and accelerate new and start-up enterprises on executing ideas in recycling businesses
To encourage adoption of innovative technologies, ideas, equipment, etc. to facilitate or enhance efficiency of recycling related operations
To establish operations in upcycling or recycling of recyclables to new or innovative products in commercial scale
Grants for each project will cover as much as 50% of supported expenditure with a cap of HK$500,000
