<p style="margin-bottom: 10px;"><b>Web3 Experience Programme – Terms &amp; Conditions</b></p><ol><li class="libtn">Eligibility: The Web3 Experience Programme (“Programme”) is open to individuals who are onsite visitors of the Entrepreneur Day 2023.</li><li class="libtn">Programme Duration: The Programme will commence on 07-Dec-2023 and will continue until 08-Dec-2023 (“Programme Period”), unless terminated or extended by the organisers at their discretion.</li><li class="libtn">Participation: Participants must follow the specified guidelines and instructions provided by the organisers to participate in the Programme. Failure to comply with the guidelines may result in disqualification. Participants are required to create a NFT account which facilitates the collection of NFTs, redemption of promotional offers and entering the Lucky Draw.</li><li class="libtn">NFT Collection: The organisers will release NFTs at seminars and events, and in designated Exhibition Checkpoints. Participants must find and claim the NFTs using the methods specified by the organisers. NFTs in the Programme are of limited quantities, they are distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.</li><li class="libtn">NFT Redemption: Shop offers to be redeemed by eligible NFTs collected at seminars and events will be valid until 6th March 2024. Offers can only be enjoyed at participating shops and they cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. NFTs collected at designated Exhibition Checkpoints can be used as entry ticket to the Lucky Draw. Please refer to the Lucky Draw Terms &amp; Conditions for full details.</li><li class="libtn">Ownership and Rights: The NFTs obtained through the Programme remain the property of the organisers until claimed by participants. Once claimed, participants become the rightful owners of the NFTs, subject to the terms and conditions of the NFT platform on which they are minted.</li><li class="libtn">Participant Conduct: Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and manner throughout the Program. Any form of cheating, hacking, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate disqualification and possible legal action.</li><li class="libtn">Modification or Termination: The organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.</li><li class="libtn">Limitation of Liability: The organisers will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by participants during the Programme, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.</li><li class="libtn">Privacy: The organisers may collect and use participants' personal information for the purpose of administering the Programme.
