Hong Kong Public Key Infrastructure Forum (HKPKIF) has set up a dedicated pavilion at the International ICT Expo for the first time to promote decentralised data management technology and demonstrate its advantages to virtual business applications by verifying one’s credentials without travelling. We are showcasing decentralised data management technology applications through five business domains: education, healthcare, banking, securities and e-Commerce. Decentralised data management will be one of the most effective solutions for businesses to go virtual securely with protected privacy and better service delivery. No system integration is needed between the issuer and the verifier. Our pavilion has attracted a lot of visitors and we have virtual meetings with overseas buyers who want to learn more about decentralised data management technology applications. HKPKIF also hosted a seminar on the second day of the expo for local businesses to share their user experience.
