Composition: 68% Tencel + 17% Tri-acetate + 15% Polyester & 90% Modal + 10% Silk

A newly developed sustainable eco-friendly fabric made from a blend of tencel, tri-acetate, polyester, modal, and silk. It is used to make piqué-knit sports tank tops. This fabric offers the following features: ultra-thin and lightweight, smooth to the touch, soft and skin-friendly, with the breathable, moisture-wicking, and quick-drying properties of piqué knit. It combines the comfort and eco-friendliness of natural fibers, while also delivering a silk-like sheen for a refined, premium look, as well as good dimensional stability and resistance to deformation.

Tri-acetate fiber, also known as acetate triester fiber or fully acetylated acetate fiber, is a premium regenerated cellulose fiber made from natural cotton pulp or wood pulp through acetylation. It is commonly used in high-end fashion, linings, shirts, dresses, and other fabrics. Its main selling points and advantages are as follows:

A. Appearance and Handfeel

1. Silk-like luster: The surface is smooth, with a natural, soft pearlescent sheen that looks elegant and refined.
2. Smooth, flowing handfeel: Fine, cool to the touch, with a silk-like glide and drape.
3. Bright, stable color: Dyes evenly, resists fading, and delivers high color saturation after dyeing.

B. Wearing

1. Breathable and comfortable: Although it is a chemical fiber, it offers good breathability and feels fresh to wear.
2. Good antistatic properties: Less prone to static buildup than synthetic fibers such as polyester.
3. Moderate moisture absorption: More absorbent of perspiration than polyester and nylon, making it less stuffy and hot.
4. Cool touch: Feels cool against the skin, making it ideal for summer apparel.

C. Structure and Functional Features

1. Good elastic recovery: Strong wrinkle resistance, not easy to deform, and easy to care for.
2. Excellent dimensional stability: Not easily shrinks after washing or ironing.
3. Better heat resistance than acetate fiber (diacetate): Can be ironed at relatively higher temperatures.
