Possible bending radii depend on the cross section of the profile. The wider the profile, the bigger the radius.

The designer is always pursuing a solution of a all directions glare reduction on a lens. Traditional lens by extrusion only can reduce the glare in the crosswise. BWF cross-pattern solutions help solve this problem perfectly. By applying prism on the lens in cross way, glare from endwise is reduced as well.
