In recent years, many elderly patients with chronic illnesses or limited mobility needed to be rotationally taken care by domestic helpers or multiple caregivers. However, they may not have enough experience in elderly care, resulting in a lower quality of care than expected.Therefore, we hope to establish a user-friendly mobile application for in-home elderly care. This application allows family members to set different caregiving tasks for caregivers (domestic helpers or multiple caregivers), providing clear instructions and hence improving the quality of care. The application also includes telemedicine functionality, allowing elderly individuals to access convenient medical services at any time.老友宅醫一直為長者提供在宅醫療服務，近年不少長期病患或行動不便的長者都需要交由工人姐姐或多名照顧者輪流照料，但她們未必擁有照顧長者的經驗，令照護質素不似預期。因此，我們希望透過建立簡單易用的照顧居家長者手機應用程式，讓家屬為照顧者（工人姐姐或多名照顧者）設定不同照護任務，令照顧者有依可循，提升照護水平。程式亦配以視像診症功能，讓居家長者隨時能享有便利的醫療服務

It is not rare to observe that when patients' lives reach their endpoints, they would prefer to stay comfortably in their lovely home and pass away with dignity in the company of their loved ones. DoctorNow Home’s professional medical team shall support the patients until the last minute, consistently follow up on the patient's physical condition, and provide comprehensive assistance. At the time the patient passes away, we shall arrange registered doctor to review and issue their medical certificate of the cause of death as soon as possible. Afterwards, our partnering funeral team shall arrive to fetch the body, and transfer it to a mortuary cabinet in low profile for the upcoming funeral ceremony.
