The surface-EMG (sEMG) signal generated by the voluntary action aroused by self-consciousness is obtained from the healthy limb of a hemiplegic himself or from a healthy person. After an amplification and regeneration of the microelectronic system, the time-domain sequence is consistent with the detected sEMG-signal, but the intensity is high enough to stimulate the paralyzed limb to make the same action as the healthy limb. Thus, a synchronous and harmonious movement forms a kind of self-learning limb motor function therapeutic training. This training can not only increase the blood circulation and nutritional metabolism of paralyzed limb muscles, but also more importantly, two kinds of biofeedback systems can be realized simultaneously by the stimulator.
