Processing

Traditionally withered and rolled, then fully oxidized and finished with gentle, low-temperature drying.

Character

A rich mountain-honey aroma rises from a clear, bright ruby-red liquor. The taste is mellow, full, and sweet, with a lingering old-tree mountain character.
