Fermentation process at 26ºC of temperature in Inox cuvees, with long contact period of solid parts. After
fermentation process the wine remains in American and French oak during 6 months. Final stage in bottle during 9
months.

TASTE NOTES
/Wine made from the Aragonez (80%) and Castelão (20%) grape varieties selected from specific vineyards of the Winery’s members. A wine with a
red ruby colour, an intense aroma of red fruits and wood – revealing its 6-month ageing in French and American oak casks – and with a smooth and
structured taste. Ideally served with stewed meat, fish stew and soft cheese. Should be drunk in moderation from an appropriate wine glass and,
ideally, open the bottle one hour before serving. Serving temperature of 18ºC.
