Wine review:This wine is made by cold dipping and temperature-controlled fermentation, and then aged in oak barrels imported from France for 12 months. It is made of the world-famous Cabernet Franc. The wine is deep purple, and the aroma of vanillin, coffee and cocoa given by oak barrels is in harmony with the aroma of black berries, jam and seasonings of fully mature grapes. Full-bodied, balanced in taste, with fine and rich tannins and a long aftertaste, it has the typical style of Cabernet Franc wine produced in Yanqi basin. Awards:In 2023, Xiangdu Anthony Cabernet Franc (2017) won the Gold medal in the 13th Asian Wine Quality Competition.In 2021, Xiangdu Anthony Cabernet Franc won the Golden Star Award at CFWC China Premium Wine Challenge (Specialty Wine).In 2019, Xiangdu Anthony Cabernet Franc(2016) won the Gold medal at IWGC International Wine (China) Grand Prix.

Wine review: The wine is bright and transparent, with a faint yellow straw color in its purity, elegant fruit fragrance and full of personality, with dried apricots, melons and faint honey flavors in Xinjiang: the wine is light in body, delicate and smooth in taste, refreshing and easy to drink, and quick to close. All grapes are picked by hand, the raw grapes are squeezed by air bag press to extract juice, and then clarified at a low temperature of 12 ℃, and the clarified grape juice is fermented at temperature control.

Process features: aging grape tree, granulating, low temperature impregnation, temperature control fermentation, malolactic fermentation, 30% oak barrel aging.&nbsp;Wine Comments:&nbsp;Mineral taste like pencil lead, subtle sweet aroma of coffee and chocolate and delicate and pleasant aroma of blackcurrant, cherry, black fruit, mint, etc.; medium-bodied, mellow and balanced taste, long aftertaste, tasteful in town The characteristics of the beads are very typical. Fine tannins on the entrance, delicate body, mellow taste and long aftertaste. It has the consistent characteristics of Xiangdu Cabernet Franc.
