With the use of the highest grading of Yamada Nishiki rice from the Hyogo prefecture, it produces an authentic premium sake with pronounced Ginjo aromas on nose, juiciness and sweetness perfectly balanced by its subtle acidity on the palate. Body is enriched by its roundness and smoothness, long lasting finish yet clean without any “Zatsumi”. High quality sake which is best pair with seafood and sashimi.
