The Hong Kong Book Fair, Sports and Leisure Expo and World of Snacks were closed on 20 July 2025 due to the typhoon. For affected individuals seeking refunds for unused ticket(s), please note the following arrangements:
Individuals who purchased ticket(s) for the three fairs (including regular adult tickets, child tickets and concession tickets) at 7-Eleven Convenience Stores, Circle K Convenience Stores or via the Octopus mobile app may present the eligible unused ticket(s) for a refund at the HKTDC Design Gallery in HKCEC between 1 and 7 August 2025 during the designated hours noted below.
Individuals who purchased e-ticket(s) for the three exhibitions via The Club, AlipayHK or Alipay, and have not used them, may contact the customer service hotline of the respective ticketing platform between 1 and 7 August 2025 to apply for a refund.
Individuals who purchased e-ticket(s) for the three exhibitions via 01 Space, and have not used them, may apply for a refund on the website of 01 Space between 1 and 7 August 2025.
Super Pass, VIP tickets, complimentary tickets and Weekend Re-entry Offer tickets are not eligible for refunds.

Due to Strong Wind Signal No. 3 being hoisted, Hong Kong Sports and Leisure Expo and World of Snacks will reopen earlier to the public at 9am tomorrow (21 July), with extended evening hours, allowing residents and tourists to immerse themselves in the worlds of literature, sports and leisure activities and snacks with a single ticket.
The opening hours for the remaining two days of the fairs are as follows:

The Hong Kong Sports and Leisure Expo and World of Snacks will open earlier at 9am and will be extended and close at 10pm.
The Hong Kong Book Fair will open earlier at 9am and will be extended and close at 11pm.
22 July
The three fairs will open from 9am to 5pm.
Admission tickets purchased on 20 July may be used within the remaining fair days.
Alternatively, ticket holders may request a refund upon presentation of unused valid tickets. VIP tickets and complimentary tickets are not eligible for refunds. Refund arrangements will be announced on the Book Fair website (www.hkbookfair.com).
