The non-alcoholic beer developed by HKFIT Hub and produced in Hong Kong is brewed from chrysanthemums. It is not only harmless to the liver, but also has the effect of clearing the liver and improving eyesight!

- Chrysanthemum health benefits

According to the Compendium of Materia Medica, chrysanthemum has the functions of nourishing the liver and improving eyesight, clearing the heart, tonifying the kidneys, strengthening the spleen and stomach, moistening the throat, promoting fluid production, and regulating blood lipids. Regular consumption of chrysanthemum can warm and remove dampness in spring, quench thirst in summer heat, relieve dryness in autumn, and clear fire in winter.

- The secret of non-alcoholic beer

SafBrew™ LA-01 Saccharomyces cerevisiae (scientific name is Saccharomyces chevalieri, a low-alcohol yeast) is used to produce non-alcoholic beverages (< 0.5 ABV*) and brings out a subtle and unique aroma. Different from the common Saccharomyces cerevisiae, SafBrew™ LA-01 low-alcohol yeast can only ferment glucose, which usually only accounts for 10-15% of the total sugar in wort. Since there are less sugars that can be fermented, the amount of alcohol that can be produced is naturally lower!

根據本草綱目記載,菊花具有養肝明目、清心、補腎、健脾胃、潤喉、生津,以及調整血脂等功效。常飲用菊花,可以春暖去濕、夏暑解渴、秋日解燥、冬季清火。

  • 無酒精啤酒大揭秘

選用SafBrew™ LA-01釀酒酵母(學名為Saccharomyces chevalieri 嘅低酒精酵母),專用於製造無酒精飲料 (< 0.5 ABV*),並帶出微妙細緻嘅獨特香氣。 。 有別於普遍嘅釀酒酵母,SafBrew™ LA-01低酒精酵母只能發酵葡萄糖,通常只佔麥芽汁(Wort)總糖嘅10-15%。由於可發酵嘅糖較少,可產生嘅酒精量自然比較低啊!
