With carbon neutrality on the rise worldwide, our solar lighting series aligns perfectly with the increasing demand for eco-friendly solutions. Buyers from Africa, Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Southeast Asia have shown strong interest in our user-friendly, easily installed human-centric solar lighting. Some 20-30 buyers have expressed their intention to place orders for our new products. We aim to reach US$2 million in sales at the Spring Lighting Fair. We participate in this lighting fair regularly because it serves an important window for us to develop overseas markets.

We spent five years’ time on the R&D of AI smart lighting control system and set up LIMI a year ago. The Spring Lighting Fair is the first international lighting fair that we have joined. The fair allows us to introduce our new lighting concept to global buyers and enhance our exposure. Our fountain lighting display has attracted a lot of attention from international buyers. Just on the first day of the fair, we have connected with more than 200 buyers from Europe, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and the US. We have had preliminary negotiations with more than 50 potential business partners. We expect that the Spring Lighting Fair will generate sales turnover of US$40-50 million to our company. To further promote our unique lighting system, we have already reserved a bigger booth at the Autumn Lighting Fair.

We produce a diverse range of innovative lighting products such as LED light pads, therapy lamps, ambient floor lamps, wall lights and camping lights. We are participating in the Spring Lighting Fair for the first time because we are keen to showcase our new products in the Greenovation zone and to increase our sales turnover. Buyers are very interested in our DIY ambient floor lamps because they are made from PP which is an eco-friendly material and each lamp is packed in a small box which can save 50% of the transportation costs. We have met with more than 20 new buyers from Australia, Europe, Mainland China and the US. We expect four to five new buyers will place orders and the total amount of new orders will reach US$100,000. We also appreciate the HKTDC for arranging VIP buying mission to visit our booth. We have decided to return to the Spring Lighting Fair next year and also join the Autumn Lighting Fair in October this year.

Established in 2005, our company specialises in the R&D, production and sales of LED linear lighting systems for supermarkets, warehouses and workshops. Europe is our major market. We started to participate in both the Spring Lighting Fair and the Autumn Lighting Fair in 2011. At this fair, we have established connections with new buyers from Australia, Europe, India and South America. At least 10 new buyers have expressed their intention to place orders for our LED linear lighting systems. We’ll definitely participate in this fair because it provides an important platform for us to promote our brand and corporate image.

LUMILIME is our own brand for façade lighting. We export façade lighting mainly to Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the US. The demand for façade lighting in developing countries is strong because many new hotels are under construction. We are a long-term exhibitor of the Autumn Lighting Fair. We are participating in the Spring Lighting Fair for the first time to look for new buyers. So far, we have found two to three solid buyers from India and the US who are keen to cooperate with us. By using the HKTDC’s Click2Match platform, we have set up meetings with two to three potential buyers from Mainland China and Malaysia. We would like to thank the HKTDC for arranging a radio interview which helps increase our exposure. We’ll return to the Spring Lighting Fair next year.

Coolight, a subsidiary of Huitron Limited, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality LED flexible strips in Mainland China. Our major markets are Europe and the US. We are a long-term exhibitor of both the spring and autumn lighting fairs. We are taking advantage of this year’s Spring Lighting Fair to look for new buyers and develop new markets such as South America and Southeast Asia. We have established new contacts with quality buyers from Europe, Southeast Asia and the US. About 30% of the new buyers whom we met here have the potential to place orders. We aim to achieve US$100,000 in sales turnover. CSP (chip-scale package) LED strips will be the mainstream because they produce uniform light without spot and operate under high temperature and high humidity. We are proud to be the first manufacturer in Mainland China that started the mass production of CSP LED strips in 2022.

Lumix produces professional and functional lighting products for outdoor and indoor applications which are exported mainly to Europe. We actively participate in the two international lighting fairs organised by the HKTDC in April and October to find new customers because 60% of our European customers come from these two fairs. At this year’s Spring Lighting Fair, new buyers from Australia, Northern Europe and Western Europe have visited our booth. We are satisfied with the quality of new buyers and hope to do business with them. The fair provides an important platform for us to expand our export business.

LEDIN is a leading importer and wholesaler of LED lighting products in Poland and serves customers not only in Poland but also in other European countries. I visit the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair which is held twice a year. As customers now focus on prices, it is important for me to come to this physical fair to check prices and collect market intelligence. I am here looking for new street light suppliers who can offer competitive prices. I am happy to have found a potential supplier who can offer street lights at much cheaper prices than my existing suppliers. I plan to place an order worth US$50,000. I have also found a potential supplier of tri-proof lights for my e-commerce client and I’ll place an order worth US$200,000

Light-In is a leading distributor of architectural and technical lighting products in Israel. We visit both the spring and autumn lighting fairs every year. At this year’s Spring Lighting Fair, we have found 10 potential suppliers of downlights, spotlights and magnetic track lights from Mainland China. We have placed onsite orders for US$13,000 worth of magnetic track lights and US$30,000 worth of downlights with one of our existing suppliers. The construction of new buildings in Israel stimulates the demand for technical lighting. We can find everything that we need at the lighting fair in Hong Kong. We are also impressed with the perfect arrangement of the fair.

Jakarta Tourisindo is a government-owned company engaged in the operation of seven hotels, public space beautification and commercial advertising. We organise various events in public space to attract visitors. To beautify public space and promote public events, I have come here for the first time to look for outdoor lighting, laser projectors and video mapping. I need decorative outdoor lighting with ‘wow’ effect to attract the attention of visitors. Up till now, I have found three potential suppliers of LED screen modules, laser projectors and outdoor flood lights. I have reserved a budget of around US$64,000 for buying lighting products at the Spring Lighting Fair and the Smart Lighting Expo.

DentaSun specialises in supplying full-spectrum luminaires for dental and other medical clinics. To enlarge our product portfolio for business expansion, we are here looking for new suppliers. There are so many good suppliers. The Click2Match platform is fantastic and efficient in helping us set up meetings with prospective suppliers. We are happy to have found 15 potential suppliers at the fair. At the end, we’ll shortlist 3-4 suppliers for long-term cooperation. The size of our initial order is about 300 pieces. As a trendsetter in the industry, we focus on full-spectrum luminaires which are natural for the body.

In business for more than 30 years, Crystal Palace is now one of the largest lighting solution providers in the UAE and Qatar. Our company also handles custom-made projects such as commercial buildings, schools, hospitals and shopping malls. I visit the Spring Lighting Fair and the Smart Lighting Expo for the first time to source new products with better quality and see the latest technologies. I have made use of the HKTDC’s online business matching platform, Click2Match, to identify six target suppliers and meet them in person at this fair. After these meetings, I think all of them are potential suppliers which provide lighting systems, industrial lighting, outdoor lighting, solar lamps and sensor lighting. The demand for outdoor lighting such as IP44 panel lights, IP44 downlights and IP65 spotlights is strong in our markets.
