1. Do you have any warranty?
WatchesHome offers a two-year limited warranty on each watch. Because Mechanical Watch belong to resistance to cusumer product, So the warranty period will little longer, But only if it is not artificially damaged. If it is damaged by no human cause, we can replace or repair it for you.

2. What is your MOQ?
In generally, our MOQ is 300pcs. However, for some special models, whose materials have enough in stock,so, we don't have strict requirement, may I ask what's quantity you are going to purchase finally, so that I check it.

3. What's your shipment way?
Usually we ship parcel by air express door to door in platform .
If you have request about shipment , be free let me know ;we also support FedEx ,DHL or other to ship parcel to you .

4. What’s your delivery date? / How many days for production?
Delivery will depend on the final design and quantity. May I know what's quantity you are going to purchase? so that I can check with production team to quote your correct delivery time to aviod any delay for your project .
If you don't mind ,may I ask what's your schedule about your project to launch? so that I can check with production team to hold and aviod any delay for your project .

(Ps: 30-45days for rotor custom ; 60-90days for watch custom )

5. Can I get a sample?
Yes, we can provide a sample for you.
For sample in stock, please tell us which style you need, we can provide you with sample quotation, which can can arrange delivery within 3~5 days.
For sample customization, please give us your ideas, we can provide you with customized service and customized quotation.

6. What is your payment way?
30% deposit paid to start the order , 70% balance paid before shipping.1. We accept the payment through T/T ($25 extra Bank cost for each payment), Alibaba Trade Assurance (2% extra Ali Cost). We also accept western union and Paypal (4% extra PayPal handling fee) if needed. 2. As long as you confirm the order and payment method then I will draft an PI with order details for your reference.

2. Do I have to pay any duties for my order?
As the recipient, you are responsible for all import taxes, duties and local sales taxes imposed by the countries to which we ship; You must pay these fees in order to release your order from customs on arrival.
