Produced on the same exceptional terroir as the estate's still wines, this Crémant benefits from the south-facing clay-limestone slopes of Gornac. Traditional methods and careful vine management produce a sparkling wine of character.

Winemaking

Limited yields and handpicking

Traditional Method: gentle pressing, bottle fermentation, aging, riddling, and disgorging

Aged for at least 12 months on slats

Tasting Notes

Pale golden color and fine bubbles. Aromas of citrus, acacia, spices, and toasted notes. Elegant, balanced palate with a long fruity finish.

Ideal with smoked salmon toasts, shellfish platters, or fruity desserts. Serve at 8°C.
