Suzuki Morihisa Hundred-year-old Sand Iron Kettle
Suzuki Morihisa can be said to be the longest-standing ironwork workshop in Nambu, with a history of 400 years. Today, it has been passed down for 16 generations.
The inscription "Morioka Suzuki Made" on the body of the kettle shows that it is the work of the twelve or earlier generation of Suzuki Morihisa family. The kettle should have a history of more than 100 years.
The body of the kettle is rusty-shiny, the inside and outside are transparent and sleek, and the “click” sound is bright and deep. The best example of an old sand iron tetsubin rarely found in the market.
