TECHNICAL NOTES

80% of this wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, seeking expressions of the fruity aromas and a balanced, smooth body characteristic of the variety, while the remaining 20% is aged in American oak.

TASTING NOTES

Bright cherry red color, intense aromas evoking dried plum, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, berries, toasted coconut, and some notes of vanilla and chocolate. Soft, silky tannins from moderate barrel aging. Long-lasting on the palate and highly characteristic.

SERVE

Serve at 17°C. Recommended for pairing with pasta, seasoned white meats, and red meats.

We recommend immediate consumption or aging for a couple of years.
