It features three special ingredients: “Funwari Genmai,” which adds depth and a rich fragrance to the flavor; “Umi Yeast,” which brings out a sweet, fruity aroma; and “Ajisai Yeast,” which produces a floral fragrance. Together, these create a shochu with a layered taste and a beautifully aromatic bouquet.

“Funwari Genmai,” “Umi Yeast,” and “Ajisai Yeast” are original terms unique to Kirishima Shuzo.
